    NOTICE
    FOR CHANGE OF COURSE/BRANCH A.Y.2023-2024
    All the F.Y.B.Tech Students admitted in the A.Y. 2022-2023 and who have
    passed/ ATKT in July 2023 examination and who are interested to change their
    branch, should apply on or before 12 Aug. 2023 up to 2.00 p.m.

    Instructions :-
     Transfers will be made on the basis of merit of F.Y.B.Tech. marks as per the
    guidelines laid down by the Director of Technical Education and Admission
    Regulating Authority, Mumbai.
     Candidates applying for Change of Course must have taken provisional
    admission to S.Y.B.Tech. to their respective courses for the AY 2023-2024.
    Transfers will be given to eligible candidates on the basis of result of first year
    on inter-se merit who have passed F.Y.B.Tech. in full OR those failed in one
    subject, provided vacancies exist within the sanctioned intake.
     Students should collect the printed application form from the office and submit it
    duly filled along with necessary documents to Mr.S.S.Hosale. Also students
    should fill the google form through link given below:

     Transfer once given, cannot be withdrawn or changed under any
    circumstances. Therefore, while giving preference/choices for the courses the
    candidate must be ready to accept any of the choices given.
     Transfers given are provisional and will be confirmed only after obtaining
    approval from the Director of Technical Education and Admission Regulating
    Authority, Mumbai. If transfer given is not approved by the Competent
    Authorities, the candidate/s will have to continue studies in their F.Y.B.Tech. /
    earlier branch admitted in A.Y. 2022-23.

    Students who are admitted under Supernumerary quota seats i.e. PMSSS /GOI /
    TFWS Seats are not eligible for course change.

    Documents to be attached (Xerox copy)

    1) Result of F.Y. B.Tech. Sem.-I & II Exam. March 2023 (held in July..2023),
    2) Mark list of H.S.C.,
    3) Fee receipt of S.Y. B.Tech.
