INTRODUCTION:

I am Majji Dimple Paramesh, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer

Science and Business Systems from GITAM University. My fascination with integrating
technology and business has been a constant throughout my life, leading me to choose
Computer Science for my undergraduate studies. Now, with a desire to further explore and
amalgamate these fields, I am enthusiastic about pursuing a Master's in Business Analytics.
FAMILY BACKGROUND:
I come from a family of four; my father, Mr.Srinivasa Rao, works as an administrative manager at
Kireeti Soft Technologies in Vijayawada, and my mother, Mrs. Radhika, is a dedicated
homemaker with a postgraduate degree in accounting. Her educational background has also
greatly influenced my development of an interest in accounting subjects. Their consistent
support and encouragement have helped shape my academic and professional goals. My
father, as a manager at that company, works with a lot of data from different clients, and sorting
and analyzing it used to be a significant task for him, so I became really interested in thinking
about how to make the data visualized in an acceptable way that is easy to comprehend by
everyone.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
Maintaining an academic record with a CGPA of 6.5 in my bachelor's degree, 6.69 in my
intermediate studies, and a percentage of 51.4 in high school, I have continually explored
prospects to mix technology and business. My projects reflect my technical aptitude and
devotion to the synergy of technology and business, such as the deployment of a responsive
design for Flying Bean to measure the sales of each product and the development of a dynamic
library management system. As a student of computer science and business systems, I was
really keen on learning how to bridge the gap between technology and business forecasting and
problem-solving. The knowledge I gained in data structures and algorithms has provided me
with critical problem-solving skills, which are essential for optimizing data processes and
efficiently handling large datasets. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming
ensures my ability to write modular and scalable code, which is essential for developing robust
data analytics software solutions. Furthermore, knowledge gained in database management
systems is critical for effectively organizing and querying data, which is a fundamental skill in
extracting meaningful insights. My academic subjects have been chosen strategically to prepare
me for the challenges and complexities of a Master's degree in Business Analytics. I began with
the Fundamentals of Economics, delving into the economic forces at work and laying a solid
foundation for the analytical journey ahead. Statistical Methods and Computational Statistics
provided me with additional quantitative skills required for effective data analysis, forming the
foundation of my analytical toolkit. Furthermore, exposure to management fundamentals,
business strategy, financial cost accounting, and elective courses in finance management and
human resource management provide a thorough understanding of organizational dynamics.
This multidisciplinary approach enables me to not only technically analyze data but also to align
analytical solutions with strategic business objectives. This diverse skill set will be critical in
making informed, data-driven decisions that contribute directly to an organization's success as I
pursue a Masters in Business Analytics.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
I have gained practical experience through internships and projects in programming languages
such as C, C++, and Python, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. As a part-time intern at
Astragen, I held responsibility for completing the company website using Flutter and Dart. As a
full-time intern at the Center for Autonomous Systems in Visakhapatnam, I actively participated
in innovative projects and research initiatives, with a focus on connecting technology and
business applications.

journey. Macquarie was a standout choice because of its unique academic opportunities,
particularly in clinical science, my dream field. The two-year structure, with a strong emphasis
on hands-on experience through the PACE program, was ideal for me. Roaming around
campus, attending events with my parents, and interacting with student ambassadors reinforced
my belief that Macquarie was the perfect fit for me.For me, what distinguishes Macquarie is the
close-knit community, the sprawling campus with its cool study nooks, and the diverse array of
clubs and societies. It's not just about going to class; it's about the whole experience.
Furthermore, the emphasis on student well-being, outstanding facilities, and future career
prospects gave me confidence in my decision.

And then there's the dual-degree option, which is a total game changer. Macquarie University
offers fantastic dual-degree programs that allow you to immerse yourself in two fields at the
same time. Combining clinical science with another discipline opened up new doors for me. It's
not just about getting a degree; it's about being adaptable and having more options when I enter
the workforce. The prospect of obtaining a more comprehensive education and exploring

distinguishes Macquarie University, in my opinion.

My desire to combine technology and business strategies motivates me to pursue a Master's
degree in Business Analytics. Australia, renowned for its high-quality education, provides an
ideal global platform for investigating the intersection of technology and business. The
program's adaptability is critical, as it provides a well-rounded skill set applicable across multiple
industries. Graduating with this expertise aligns perfectly with today's data-centric business
landscape's soaring demand for analytics professionals, providing a competitive edge in the job
market. The program's promise of diverse career opportunities, ranging from data analyst to
analytics manager, adds to its allure.

CAREER GOALS:
I am motivated by a multifaceted career vision in the dynamic field of data analysis. I'm excited
to dive into data science and learn how to uncover insights and build predictive models.
Simultaneously, the prospect of becoming a business intelligence analyst intrigues me, as I want
to turn data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Finally, my vision includes working as a healthcare analyst to improve patient outcomes through
in-depth data analysis. These ambitions reflect the adaptability of a Master's degree in Business
Analytics and my dedication to aligning my career goals with changing opportunities in the
analytics landscape. Following graduation, my target companies include Amazon, Deloitte,
Flipkart, Aditya Birla Group, and Tata Project Pvt. Ltd., with salary packages ranging from
₹12,00,000 to ₹16,00,000 per year. Looking ahead, I hope to use my newly acquired knowledge
to propel my professional development while drawing inspiration from my father's corporate
journey.
