JobSummary:
The Principal serves as the school's chief administrator, overseeing all aspects of the
school's operations, both academic and administrative. This includes but is not limited
to developing and implementing policies, programs, and curriculum activities,
supporting student recruitment and managing budgets. The Principal promotes each
student's educational development and each staff member's professional
development. The Principal establish a professional rapport with students, parents,
and staff, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Instructional Leadership:
• Serve as the Instructional Leader of the school.
• Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and
staff for academic performance and responsible behaviour.
• Develop, implement, and assess the instructional programs at the assigned
school in coordination with headquarters in program planning.
Academic Supervision:
• Supervise the instructional programs by evaluating lesson plans and
observing classes regularly.
• Encourage the use of diverse instructional strategies and materials consistent
with research on learning and child development.
• Monitor student learning progress and create data-driven intervention
programs.
School Environment:
• Foster a conducive teaching and learning environment for students and staff.
• Develop positive school/community relations and act as a liaison between the
school and the community.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, teachers, and the community
both orally and in writing.
• Develop long- and short-range facility plans.
• Coordinate facility and support service requirements, safety, and maintenance
functions.
• Supervise transportation and food service programs.
• Coordinate and supervise all extracurricular programs, including athletics and
student activities.
• Approve school-sponsored activities and maintain a calendar of events.
Personnel Management:
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for school
personnel.
• Conduct performance appraisals and make reappointment recommendations.
• Participate in strategic planning, including the school calendar, staffing, and
manpower plans.
• Interview and select qualified personnel for employment.
• Implement and administer employee contracts at the school site.
• Direct the development of the master schedule and teacher assignments.
• Assess school-site administrators' performance and establish their job
assignments.
Financial Management:
• Manage and supervise the school’s financial resources, including budget
preparation and disbursement.
• Establish and manage student accounting and attendance procedures.
Disciplinary Procedures:
• Establish guidelines for proper student conduct and implement disciplinary
policies.
• Develop procedures for school crises and provide leadership in such events.
School Improvement:
• Lead the school improvement process and implement the school improvement
plan.
• Maintain visibility and accessibility on campus and attend school-related
activities and events.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and
learning practices
• Implement and promote sustainable practices within the school environment
• Oversee technology integration to enhance learning experiences and support
educational goals
• Promote responsible and ethical use of technology among students and staff
Policy Implementation:
• Implement School Board policies and government regulations.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to Government Agencies and
headquarters.
• Ensure all staff members use all systems - such as Skyward, SPS, Koobits,
RazKids, etc - effectively.
Other Duties:
• Any additional duties assigned by the Director of Schools or required by the
nature of the position.
• Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
The National Principal provides instructional and administrative leadership, ensuring
adherence to national curriculum requirements and fostering the educational
development of students and staff in their assigned school/grade levels. This role
promotes parent and community awareness of the national curriculum and works
closely with key stakeholders, including the Principal, Vice Principal, Heads of
Department, Curriculum Heads, and teachers to support effective curriculum delivery.
The National Principal also liaises with local and national educational authorities.
Additional Responsibilities
• Teach subjects as required for BIMBEL and Ujian Sekolah preparation or
others.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Schools, Principal, Vice
Principal or Headquarters.
• Assist and monitor any international programs assigned by the Principal or
Director.

The Primary Teacher creates a safe, engaging environment, designing and delivering
lessons for comprehensive learning in their designated subject. They aim to enhance
students' intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth, equipping them with skills
for academic and societal success.
A Primary Teacher will generally focus on one specific subject however at times a
teacher may be called on to teach additional subjects.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o S1 or Bachelor’s Degree in Education and/or relevant subject.
o At least 2 years’ teaching experience.
o Experience in an international school setting.
o Experience with the Cambridge curriculum is preferred but not required.
o Strong written and spoken English skills with clear pronunciation.
ACADEMIC
● Plan, implement, and teach comprehensive lessons in designated subject(s)
that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
● Provide additional learning opportunities to support student success such as
tutorials, extension classes, competition preparation, etc.

JOB GOAL
The Lower Primary Associate Teacher supports the homeroom teacher in creating a
safe and engaging environment, assisting in lesson delivery, and providing support for
students’ academic and developmental needs.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o S1 or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject (e.g., Early
Childhood, Literacy, Numeracy) is preferred.
o At least 2 years’ experience in a supportive role in education, as an assistant
teacher or as a lead teacher in a national school
o Strong written and spoken English skills.
o Experience in an international setting or school.
o Experience with Cambridge curriculum is preferred but not required
ACADEMIC
● Assist in implementing lesson plans in English, Maths, and Science prepared
by the lead teacher.
● Assist other subject teachers with class as necessary
ADMINISTRATIVE
● Help maintain records of student attendance, activities, and progress.
● Assist in communicating with parents and other educational stakeholders
under the direction of the lead teacher.
● Support curriculum development activities including material preparation and

JOB GOAL
The Lower Primary Homeroom Teacher creates a safe, engaging environment,
providing pastoral care and designing and delivering lessons for comprehensive
learning in English, Maths and Science. They aim to enhance students' intellectual,
emotional, physical, and social growth, equipping them with skills for academic and
societal success.
Lower Primary Homeroom Teacher is generally for Grade 1 and 2, however, some
campuses may also include Grade 3.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o S1 or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, relevant subject (English, Maths,
Science) and/or related field (Early Childhood, Literacy and Numeracy, e.g.)
at minimum
o At least 2 years’ teaching experience, preferably as the lead teacher, with at
least 1 year in a comparable position (grade and subjects)
o Experience in an international school setting
o Experience with Cambridge curriculum is preferred but not required
o Strong written and spoken English skills with clear pronunciation
ACADEMIC
● Plan, implement, and teach comprehensive lessons in English, Maths, and
Science that cater to the diverse learning needs of students in grades 1
and/or 2.
● Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources, including technology,

materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
● Actively participate and sometimes lead co-curricular activities such as
school excursions, newsletters, and special events, contributing to the
