1 Overview
RMK is not preconfigured and needs to be fully configured by the Site Manager using Command Center and Career Site
Builder.

RMK is no longer provided through the Jump Start program. RMK is now only available through the commercialized
demo program.

2 RMK Site Access

Configuration of the RMK site is needed to fully use RMK and requires Site Manager access as described in the section
on Deliverables.

 · Request Site Manager access from the HCM Cloud Ops portal:

· Click Operations Requests | Request Forms | RMK Site Manager Assignment
· For commercial PLS demos all RMK sites are in DC40. This can be accessed directly by the new web-based
Command Center V2 URL: https://bizx40.jobs2web.com/commandcenter.
· The legacy Adobe AIR/Flash-based application Command Center V1 has been retired however notes on CCv1
configuration are retained in the Appendix for comparison purposes only.

3 Configure RMK using Command Center V2

These instructions are relevant to the new web-based Command Center V2.

· Login to the Command Center URL with your SAP ID (if using 2-factor authentication, you may need to supply an
additional passcode from your phone’s SAP authenticator application).
· Select the site

· Select the Site Name (e.g. SFCPART012345)

· Ensure that the site is Active, Enable CSB is ON, Use Multiple ATS is OFF and the folder name matches your BIZX
Company ID

3.1 Setup Career Site Builder

· Click the Career Site Builder button at top right

· Browse to Settings | Site Configuration
o Under Site Information
§ Validate Site Name to be the same as the Company ID
§ Validate Company Name to be the same as the Company ID
§ Update Site URL to include sapsfdemojobs.com and lowercase Company ID. Example:
sfcpart000123.sapsfdemojobs.com, do not include HTTP, Valhalla or other legacy domains
o Under Site Integrations
§ Update Company ID with the BIZX company ID e.g. SFCPART000123
§ Update Deployment Data Center e.g. salesdemo2 (DC2), salesdemo4 (DC4), or salesdemo8 (DC8)
§ Update Single Sign-On Security Key
· To generate a Security Key use http://passwordsgenerator.net
· At least 20 characters’ long
· At least one upper and one lower case letter
· At least one numeric character
· At least one special character/punctuation
· Check Exclude Similar characters and Exclude Ambiguous Characters
· Don’t use , ; ‘ “
§ Keep the Security Key in Notepad or similar application as you will need it later on
o Save your changes
· Update Site Configuration | Site Locales (See diagram)
· Check All relevant Source Types and Save (example de_DE, en_GB, en_US, es_ES, es_MX, fr_CA, fr_FR, it_IT)

 · Click Save at top right

3.2 Configure the Security Connection for BizX

You will need four data fields for the SSO API so we suggest opening Notepad or another simple text editor to save these
values:

· The Security Key created earlier

· An API Username
· An API Key
· An API Password

Steps are:

1. Go to the Career Site Builder

2. If you do not already have the Security Key stored, get the Security Key from the Settings | Site Configuration |
Site Integrations page. Show the Single Sign-On Security Key and paste into Notepad
3. The API Username is formed as follows (CompanyID)-(RMK Site ID)
for example, SFCPART012345 is SFCPART012345-20951

 4. The Site ID of the RMK Site is on Site | Site Details on the top left and
paste the newly constructed API Username into Notepad
5. Create the API Key and the API Password from the Tools | Manage
API Credentials page
a. Click Add New Provider
b. Write the Company Name of the RMK site into Provider
Name, e.g. SFCPART012345
c. Paste the API Username you made in above into Username,
e.g. SFCPART012345-20951
d. Copy the generated Provider ID - this is your API Key and
paste into Notepad, e.g. FFA37F43-A96C-5E57-5604-
21DF66535DB5
e. Click the Password Regenerate button and paste the API Password into Notepad
f. Enable Recruiting Management sync

g. Click the Save button

4 Configure SSO Connection from BizX Provisioning

In BizX Provisioning perform the following:

1. Go to the Provisioning Tool and search the BizX tenant

2. Click the Recruiting Marketing Settings
3. Enter each of the values in the section RMK Security Connection Settings above and click Save. These include:
· Security Key
· API Key
· API Username
· API Password
4. Click the Configure Recruiting Marketing Datacenter URL
5. Enter the following:
a. RMK Base SSO URL: https://bizx40.jobs2web.com
b. Recruiting Marketing job posts sync production URL: https://javamaint40.jobs2web.com

 c. Recruiting Marketing REST production URL: https://api40.jobs2web.com
d. RMK Portal URL: https://<CompanyID>.sapsfdemojobs.com. Example:
https://sfcpart012345.sapsfdemojobs.com
e. RMK Job Search URL: https://<CompanyID>.sapsfdemojobs.com/search. Example:. https://
sfcpart012345.sapsfdemojobs.com/search
6. Ensure the Recruiting Search has been indexed. Note: If you do not have access to the search feature top right of
the BIZX Provisioning Tool you will need to wait for 24 hours for the index to build. Otherwise enter a ticket into
the HXM Cloud Ops portal -> Support -> Contact Us and request the Index rebuild.
a. Click Search Index.
b. Under Find Company belongs to which Solr Cluster enter the BizX tenant ID
c. Click Search to view the Index types
d. If Recruiting is not listed under Rebuild Company Index enter the BizX tenant ID
e. Select Category Recruiting and click Rebuild
f. Under Find Company belongs to which Solr Cluster enter the BizX tenant ID
g. Click Search to confirm that Recruiting has been added

5 Sync Users
Users can be sync’ed in CSB once BIZX and RMK are integrated on both sides. In CSB Settings go to Site Configuration |
Site Integrations, ensure Recruiter Sync is enabled and click Execute Now.

The sync can take time to complete, however once completed users can be viewed in CSB under Users | Roles:

6 Import Career Site Theme with Career Site Builder
A new theme can make your site look more professional. Themes can be imported from either the Command Center or
from the BizX Admin Center by importing the CSB XML File through Tools | Import.

· Select the theme from the Learning Hub appropriate for your demo template: SAP PartnerEdge - SAP
SuccessFactors HXM Suite Learning Room - Content/Demo (sapjam.com)
· Search for “RMK” or “theme” in the search box
· Go to the Tools | Import & Export page
· Select Career Site Builder Settings and click the Import button

Browse to the career site to see if verify that the look and feel has changed (Section 7: Testing)

7 Testing
7.1 View the Career Web Site
Go to the URL specified in the Career Site Builder Settings

· The Site URL is under Site Configuration | Site Information | Site URL. Example:
sfcpart012345.sapsfdemojobs.com
· In a new browser tab browse to the URL. Example: https://sfcpart012345.sapsfdemojobs.com
· If the theme was imported the view should be similar to:

7.2 BizX Provisioning: Create Job “Sync all external job postings”
This is needed for syncing jobs from BizX to RMK.

· Create the new job as shown in the screenshot

· Note that the jobs will take time (e.g. 60 mins) to show up after the job has run (they do not show up right
away)

Once the job has run and the sync complete you can search jobs on the external site:

8 Appendix: Configure RMK using Command Center V1
These instructions are relevant to the legacy Adobe AIR/Flash based Command Center V1. This section is retained for
information purposes only.

8.1 Connect BizX and configures RMK workspace

· Open Command Center, select Production | DC40 and
login as the Site Manager with your SAP ID email
address.
· Configure the RMK site as follows:
· Select Workspace and pick your site
· Select Site -> Site Setup
· Browse to Info
o Validate Site Name

· Browse to SSO
o Enter SSO Company Tenant ID: <BizX tenant>
o Enter System Name: <BizX Data Center>
· Model Company only:
o Manually copy the HRMC RMK configuration
from the HRMCSTAGE into the RMK client
instance (no automated copy available)
· Add the following
o Settings | Use CRM (Ignore if this is grayed out)
o Search | Search by Location
o Apply | User Business Card Apply for Mobile
o Communication | TCM Email enabled
o CDN | Create CDN
· Add Site | Site Locales (See diagram)
· Site | Site Source
· Check All Source Types and Apply.

8.2 Configure the Security Connection for BizX

To setup SSO API for HR Model Company Items needed:

A. Site > Site Setup > Settings tab > “Use SSL” box is checked (done in T11)
B. Datacenter of BizX instance the RMK instance will be synced with
C. The CompanyID of the BizX instance the RMK instance will be synced with

2. RMK SSO Setting:
a. Go to Command Center, Select the Company of the site you are setting up SSO for
b. Site > Site Setup > SSO tab
c. Check Candidate Integration
d. Check Candidate Account Simplification
e. Keep Use Multiple ATS unchecked
f. Check “Use Recruiter SSO”
g. Put the CompanyID (C at the top of the instructions) of your BizX instance in CompanyID
h. Select the System name that corresponds with the BizX instance’s Datacenter (B at the top of the
instructions)- Confirm selection for preview if datacenter is an HCM Preview.
i. Enter the Security key you created in above in Security Key Command Center SSO Tab
j. Click Save on the Site Setup Tab
3. API username:
a. The API username is formed (CompanyID)-(RMK Site ID)
for example, HRMCSTAGE is HRMCSTAGE-20951
b. The Site ID of the RMK Site is on Site > Site Setup > Info Tab on the lower right.
c. Paste the API Username into Notepad
4. API Key:
a. While still on the RMK instance go to Integrations > Manage API Credentials
b. Click “Create New Provider User +”
c. Write the Company Name of the RMK site into “Provider Name”
d. Paste the API Username you made in #3 above into “Username”
e. Copy the “ProviderID” generated by the Window- this is your #2 API Key
f. Paste into API Key in Notepad
5. Password:
a. Click the “Regenerate” button
b. Copy and paste the Password into #4 Password in your Notepad
c. Select the Source Type: JATS/Real Time Sync Only
d. Check RCM JATS if not checked
e. Click the “Save” Button
