    Use deformed bar with Fyk= 400Mpa
    Use ordinary portland cement.
    Use concrete cover 50mm. for footing.
    Use concrete cover 25mm. for column & beam.
    Use concrete cover 15mm. for slab.
    Use this drawing in conjuction with AR drawings.
    Use distribution bar of F8c/c250.
    Use vibrator and mixer during concrete work.
    The actual foundation depth and bearing capacity
    should be approved by the designer during construction.
