Job Describtions
Maintain the managed services of RAN, Microwave, Core and Power Network related Devices on layer 3 & 2
•
through NMS Software (Netact, NETneum, U2000, M2000, Neteco,I Tower) by 12 hours shift 24/7.
Supporting the core/RAN related activities on route shifting/migration/link expansion & reverting based on
•
restore the service within desired SLA about hardware blade/card faulty replacement, fiber-cut outage last
mile.
Observed the link quality, Rx/Tx level once fiber outage restored. Reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

Create Ticket using ITSM ticketing system for the every incident issues and following up till restored and
•
Devices.
Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance works. Include liaising with operations, prioritize
•
Verify with Installation devices and verify the configuration and software upgrade.
•
Perform the hard/soft reset on problematic device and change the SFP module to recover the interface/port.

Meeting with vendor/customer for network solution design, migration strategies, timeline and progress.

Verify the health check report on radio coverage and troubleshoot the critical/major alarm.

Repairing and replacing Power parts (Rectifiers, RCBO, RCCB, Generator, UPS, Batteries, ATS, alternator, oil

filter, etc) Fixing and replacing Radio equipment’s (BBU, RRU and CPRI), TX Devices ( RTN,
ATN,DWDM,IDU,ODU,IF Cable, Patch cord and Injector).
