Why Do We Need Friends
Why Do We Need Friends
Today I would like to present to you the topic “Why do we need friends?”. As
we know no one in the world has no friends. Friends play a very important part
in our lives. We need friends for many reasons. My presentation has three main
points.
First, friends share our joys and sorrows and go through ups and downs with
us. It is said that friendship makes our joy doubled and makes our sadness left
half. Actually, friends bring us comfort and encouragement; sympathize with us
in every aspect of life. I remember when my father died my best friend was
always there to share the loss with me, cry with me. Consequently, I recovered
from the sorrow quickly thanks to my friends.
The second point I would like to say is that friends bring us relaxation and help
us get rid of stress. Whenever I am tired from study pressure, I chat with my
friends. We talk about food, about music especially about the pop singers we all
like, which is very relaxing and interesting. And then I feel cheerful again.
Therefore, why don’t we need friends to enrich our lives?
Finally, Friends are the strong support to give us spiritual (tinh thần) strength,
good advice when we are in trouble and we don't know how to solve it. By their
side (bên cạnh họ), we feel safe and comfortable. Those things we can't get
from others. Do you think so? Without friends, our lives would become very
boring and it seems to me that we would lose half in life.
To sum up, friends play a critical role in our life. They are a part of our life.
Friendship actually (thật ra) is a God’s blessing and gift which God rewards us
with.
