Job Title: Full Stack Developer for AI Startup

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our innovative
AI startup. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building robust backend
systems, intuitive frontends, and efficient database management while leveraging the latest
in cloud technology. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-powered
applications and help shape the future of our products, including desktop applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development:

Design and implement robust APIs and services using Flask and FastAPI.
Develop and integrate AI features, including LangChain, AI agents, and speech-to-text
models.
Optimize real-time communication using WebSocket and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with the team to fine-tune AI models and implement scalable architectures.
Great PROMPT ENGINEERING IS MUST

Frontend Development:

Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React and Next.js.
Develop desktop applications using Electron or Nextron.
Work closely with the design team to deliver seamless user experiences.
Database Management:

Develop and maintain database solutions using Firestore and Firebase Real-Time
Database.
Implement secure authentication flows with Firebase Auth.
Ensure database performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Cloud Integration:

Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud and AWS.


Optimize cloud resources for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Set up CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data
scientists.
Participate in agile development practices, including code reviews, sprint planning, and
stand-ups.
Qualifications:
Experience:

Proven track record of backend development using Flask and FastAPI.


Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LangChain, AI agents, and speech-to-
text models.
Strong understanding of WebSocket and RESTful API design.
Extensive experience with React, Next.js, Electron, or Nextron.
Experience working with Firestore, Firebase Real-Time Database, and Firebase Auth.
Cloud infrastructure management experience with Google Cloud and AWS.
Skills:

Proficient in JavaScript, Python, and modern web development frameworks.


Strong understanding of database structures, queries, and optimization.
Ability to build cross-platform desktop applications.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Knowledge of agile development processes and tools.
Nice to Have:

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.


Understanding of security best practices in cloud and database environments.
Experience in building scalable AI systems.
