Course Description:
This course is designed for the civil engineering students to understand, the structure types,
external loads, and the analysis of statically determinate structure. And how to find the
displacement and deflection of Trusses, Beams, Frames, Cables and Arches. And also, to now
about influence line and its application.
Course Outcomes:
By the successfully completion of this course, the students should be able to:
1. 1. Understand the relationship of static & strength of material to the
structure analysis I, and the importance of structure analysis I in
civil engineering.

2. 2. Be able to diagnosis the different types of loads on the structure

in the time of analysis of structure.

3. 3. Able to understand the different members of any engineering

structure.

4. 4. Able to apply codes in structure and analyze statically

determinate structure.

5. Able to Draw the influence line of bridge and beams which is

statically determinate under the moving loads.
