    TERMS AND CONDITIONS


    1. This apartment must be used only for the lodging of the person who signs this
    contract and his company executives.
    2. It may not be used for illicit purposes, storage or possession of explosives, weapons,
    money from illegal groups, storage, or sale of narcotics. As well as everything related
    to sexual exploitation against women or minors.
    3. It is forbidden to hold parties or gatherings inside the dwelling.
    4. The property may not be occupied for more days than agreed. In such a case, you
    must inform us in advance if you want to continue to occupy the property for the
    extension.
    5. In no case may the number of guests and visitors exceed the maximum capacity of
    the apartment.
    6. The money paid for the stay and the deposit will not be refunded if the lessee
    decides to terminate the contract in advance.
    7. A deposit must be paid in advance for damages or losses. The money given as
    deposit will be returned to the guest at the end of his/here stay as long as the
    apartment and the common areas are in perfect conditions. Otherwise, the amount
    for the repair or purchase of the damaged or lost items will be deducted.
    8. If at the moment of returning the apartment, it is dirty or messy, the value of: (25
    USD) will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning.
    9. The guest and his/her companions must have a good behavior and comply with the
    rules of the condominium during their stay.
    10. The guest shall have the duty to make good use not only of the apartment, but also
    of the facilities of the residential complex, such as: swimming pool, social areas,
    park, green area, parking, technical garbage unit, porter’s lodge, elevator, common
    areas, etc.
    11. If you do not fulfil with the agreed length of stay, there will be no refund of the
    deposit
    12. Any non-compliance with the rules of this contract or those of the residential
    complex will be cause for eviction without refund.
