JOB DESCRIPTION: IT RECRUITER INTERN

Internship Program:
Duration: 3 Months (Remote)
First 4 weeks (4 hours shift): Unpaid
Stipend (5th - 12th week: 9 hour shift): ₹8,000 for the 2nd and 3rd month internship period
(subject to 80% attendance)

Location: The internship tenure will be WORK FROM HOME


US Shift Timing:
Winter: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
Summer (DST): 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Skills Required:
• Technical Understanding: IT concepts and terminology, programming languages, databases,
cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure. (Knowledge of Java/ Python, HTML/ CSS, MySQL/
MongoDB compulsory)
• Data Analysis: Identify trends, measure performance, and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ATS like Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse and Sourcing Tools like LinkedIn
Recruiter or Boolean search will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with no MTI, RTI.

Selection Process:
• Round 1: Assessment Test (MCQ - 20 questions, 80 total marks, cutoff - 40) & Speaking test
• Round 2: JAM Session (Group Video Interview)
• Round 3: Final Call/Viva (Post completion of 4 weeks of Unpaid Training)
Conversion to Full-Time: After successful completion of the internship, the candidate will be considered
for a full-time role, subject to 80% attendance during internship.
