This Deed of Rental Agreement Made And Executed At Bangalore On this 07 Day Of
February 2024 ( 07-02-2024 ) By And Between
Mr.RAJIP SINGH, Residing At:No.355, SRY LAYOUT,1ST CROSS, VADDRAPALYA,
Bangalore, Karnataka-560068.
Hereinafter Called as the ‘OWNER’ Of One part And
Mr.MANTOSH SAHNI,
Residing Address:No.355, SRY LAYOUT,1ST CROSS,VADDRAPALYA,BANGALORE,
Karnataka-560068.
Hereinafter Called as the ‘TENANT’ Of Other part And
Statutory Alert:Whereas the Owner has agreed to rent out the below mentioned schedule
Premises to the Tenant for his bonafied use and occupation for
RESIDENTAL PURPOSE:No.355,SRY LAYOUT, 1ST CROSS, VADDRAPALYA,BANGALORE,
Karnataka-560068.
ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSE AS
1. That the period of rent in respect of Schedule a premise is only for initially
ELEVEN (11) Months Commencing From( 07-February-2024 To
06-January-2025 )
2.That the tenant shall pay the agreed amount of rent to the Owner
Correctly on before of 10‘ Every Month at the rate of 8,000/- (Rupees
Eight Thousand Only)
3. That the tenant has this day deposited with Owner an interest free
advance security sum of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only).
4. That the tenant shall not sub-let, under-let or part with possession of the
Schedule premises to any other persons without the written consent from
the owner.
5. That the tenant Shall borne the Electricity charges separately to the
concern authority s every month regularly.
6. That the tenant shall use the scheduled premises only for RESIDENTAL
PURPOSE and should not use for any illegal or unlawful activities.
7. Whereas the lessee shall keep the schedule Premises in good and tenant
able condition without any damages, if any damages caused by the lessee
the mutual amount can be deduction from his security deposit. Tenant to
allow the Owners andor their representatives to Visit inside the house
premises with prior notice.
8. Termination of rent shall be by an issuance of One Month notice period
intimation by any of the Parities to this agreement
9. That If the tenant desires to continues in the same schedule premises it is
agreed here by that the tenant shall pay an enhance rent 5% to the owner
after (11) months.
10.One Month Rental Charges will be deducted for Painting & Cleaning
Charges From The Deposit amount at the time of vacating the premises.SCHEDULE
All that piece and parcel of Schedule Permises:No.355, SRY LAYOUT, 1ST
CROSS, VADDRAPALYA, BANGALORE, Karnataka-560068.
Consists of ,One Rooms, One Kitchen, One Bathroom With
Toilet, water And Electricity Facility’s.
