That If the tenant desires to continues in the same schedule premises it is agreed here by that the tenant shall pay an enhance rent 5% to the owner after (11) months. 10.One Month Rental Charges will be deducted for Painting & Cleaning Charges From The Deposit amount at the time of vacating the premises.
