Dear Sir:

CHUHAN ICE TRADING (the "Company") is duly organized under and by virtue of
the laws of the Philippines with office address at Block 3 Lot 18, Villa Celia
Subdivision, Brgy, Taculing, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.
The Company has been engaged in the ice and storage business for a considerable
length of time and has found new success and new heights through the efforts and
dedication of its employees.
On behalf of the company, the undersigned most respectfully request that the
following person be invited to join our company in Bacolod, whose details are as
follows:

Passport No. : U2989147
Place of Issue : Raipur
Passport issue Date : 24/01/2020
Passport Expiry Date: 23/01/2030

The Company will sponsor the above-named person’s airline tickets and guarantee
to take care of all other support expenses and cater to his well-being while he stays
in Bacolod. He will reside at the company’s place of business located at Block 3 Lot
18, Villa Celia Subdivision, Brgy, Taculing, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental,
Philippines.
The Company will ensure that the passport and Visas of the above-named person
are updated/ extended, as necessary, during his stay in Bacolod City.
We hereby request your good office to kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter, as a
copy of this letter is required to be submitted in the Philippine Service Post
(Philippine Embassy) in India, which has jurisdiction over the place where the
application made in order to serve as Entry __________ Visa.
