Let Us Study
Before you can design a poster, you need to understand the art and
the textual elements to be applied. Always remember that in making a poster,
words and images are combined together. You must plan it very well so that
it will become successful.

c. This is the PowerPoint features. You can now move your cursor to the
different tools to use in making your poster.

e. After clicking the insert, it will bring you back to your layout area.
The image appear on it. Edit the image or the photo. You can remove the
background, apply corrections on the color or format the shape. You can
also resize and drag it to different area.

f. Insert Word Art. Then write the text or words that tells about your
poster
g. You can repeat inserting Word Art and text. You can also change the
font size and the font style of the words
h. You can enhance it more by inserting shapes and fill in colors. Make
sure to choose colors that are not distractive.

i. Once all important details are done already, do not forget to
save your poster.
j. Go to file icon, click save as. Choose a folder on where to save it.
Save it as JPEG file format. Create a file name like POSTER 1. Lastly,
click save.

3. Go to your gallery and choose an image that you will include in
your poster design.

Paper-Pencil Activity
Those who do not have laptop and mobile phones you can still have
your own poster. Get a bond paper or any available paper, pencil, ruler,
coloring materials and a marker. Same with digital poster, you still need to
apply the art elements and your skills in making it.
