Responsibility Deliverable:
End to End Recruitment
o Sourcing accurate candidates for open positions through self, social media platforms, job portals, or
external vendors.
Induction & Joining Formalities of trainees take them through a formal induction including an
understanding of Team Lease (Ensuring his joining formalities are completed, all the statutory forms
are filled, Bank Accounts opening is facilitated and ID cards issued where ever applicable or agreed
upon between client/TeamLease,
Bank Account Opening To ensure trainees are paid on time by way of facilitating Bank accounts during
Induction/Help Desk/Open houses. Coordination with the Bank representative for Bank account
opening and internally for updating of the bank account numbers facilitated from our end or alternate
mode or electronic pay mode is advised
Attendance/Input collation Keep track of the daily attendance of the trainees & send the consolidated
details as per the cutoff date to the Operations team.
Payment Follow-Up Follow up with the client to ensure payments are made on time & stipends of the
trainees are released on time.

Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances which include Shops & Establishment Registration &
renewal, Contract Labor Regulation & Abolishment Act, and Minimum wages Act across for clients.
Manage inspections, notices, etc on the labor compliance front.
Statutory forms (PF) processing to government authority i.e. PF office
Manage ESIC/EPF Compliances for PAN India.
Annual Return Submission.
Challan Preparation & Entries / Filing
Knowledge and hand-on experience in labor laws.

o Arrangements for weekly office pooja. Arrangements for team lunch, festival get- together, festival
corporate gifts, etc.
Role
BBA-HR/IR, Personnel/MBA with minimum 2-10 years relevant work experience & knowledge of record
keeping in respect of PF, ESIC, P.Tax, MLWF, Security Guard Board, HR Audit & Labour Act
Having excellent Lesioning with statutory authorities for successfully carrying out inspections and
settlement of queries.
Core Responsibilities:-

Contract Labour Management
o Process Request for Labour forms from site and coordinate with resource planning team to organize
labour.
o Maintain Contract Labour Gang database.
o Coordinate with labour gangs and support construction team for timely deployment of labour gangs.
o Verification of labour attendance on weekly basis and ensure accuracy of checking. Coordinate with
