1.) KEYBOARD CONNECTOR-In the current time, many keyboards link with the computer
through a cable using a PS/2 or even USB (Universal Serial Bus) connector
2.) Parallel port -A parallel port is an interface allowing a personal computer
(PC) to transmit or receive data down multiple bundled cables to a peripheral
device such as a printer
3.) Game / midi port- The game port, originally introduced on the Game Control
Adapter, is a device port that was found on IBM PC compatible and other computer
systems throughout the 1980s and 1990s
4.) Ether LAN PORT - Ethernet ports can also be referred to as sockets or jacks.
5.) Mouse connector - The PS/2 (Personal System/2) port, also referred to as the
mouse port or keyboard port, was developed by IBM
6.) Serial communication port - A serial port is an interface that allows a PC to
transmit or receive data one bit at a time
7.) VGA port- A VGA cable is used primarily to link a computer to a display device
8.) Speakers - Regardless of their design, the purpose of speakers is to produce
audio output that can be heard by the listener.
9.) Line in- Line in is the audio jack found on an audio device that can be used to
connect to another audio output device or microphone.
10.) Microphone - microphone is a device that translates sound vibrations in the
air into electronic signals and scribes them to a recording medium or over a
loudspeaker.
11.) USB 2.0 PORTS - USB 2.0: it is also known as hi-speed USB. It was introduced
in 2000. It is an updated version of USB 1.1, which provides improved
functionalities and better speed.
