Human Resources Recruiter

Role Overview:
As a Human Resources Recruiter at PlixLife, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition
strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates across various roles
within the company. Your goal will be to identify and attract skilled individuals who not only meet
but exceed the expectations of our hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the
staffing needs of different departments.

• Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media,
professional networks) to source candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone
screens to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications.

• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team


members. Provide guidance to candidates on the interview process and ensure a positive
candidate experience.

• Selection Process: Facilitate the decision-making process after interviews, including


conducting reference checks and extending job offers.

• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding of


new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and initial training if necessary.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Any Graduate and above
