    Introduction

    In today's era of active use of technology, modern schools and universities use it to
    improve the pedagogical process and simplify work. Although this has many
    advantages in the modern world, it often has challenges such as maintaining
    information confidentiality and cybersecurity.Typically, people's personal
    information, such as their name and address, is stored in schools, universities, and
    other institutions. The preservation of private information has become the leading
    priority due to the growing need for information security and confidentiality.

    Modern educational institutions are becoming targets of cyberattacks that lead to


    the loss of confidential student information, financial losses, and reputational
    damage. The issue of cybersecurity needs to be raised in light of the recent
    incidents, particularly the large-scale leak of personal information. Due to the
    vulnerability of the system, data leaks are not only caused by external factors, but
    also by internal factors.

    In this document, we emphasize the importance of protecting people's personal


    information and maintaining its confidentiality. The purpose of this work is to
    provide specific recommendations for improving the security level of educational
    organizations, taking into account the identified vulnerabilities and risks associated
    with the dissemination of data, and ensuring the protection of confidential
    information of students in a rapidly changing world of technology.

    2.Background

    The need for a reliable solution to protect information and confidential data is
    growing, and the importance of protecting students' personal information is also
    growing. Personal information is processed and stored on digital platforms, which
    requires additional security measures and can be found on various digital
    platforms, including LMS, cloud storage, learning portals and personal devices. As
    a result of increased digitalization, sensitive information, including Social Security
    numbers, educational data, personal health records, and financial information, is
    stored on electronic media with a higher risk of cyberattacks and information leaks.
