Note
Allow a minimum of 48 hours for the subsequent usage
over the UltraTech BASEKRETE applied areas. Do not
apply if temperatures are likely to drop to below 5°C or
exceed 50°C. Curing to be extended from normal 2-3
days as per the actual temperature in site conditions.
The technical data provided in this technical data sheet
is as per our internal lab testing and may vary as per
the actual method of application at sites.

Shelf Life
UltraTech BASEKRETE has a shelf life of 12 months from
the date of manufacture. Store at cool and dry place.
Safety Directions
UltraTech BASEKRETE is non-toxic. Use of gloves
and goggles recommended. Any splashes to the skin
or eyes should be washed off with clean water
immediately.
In case of prolonged irritation, medical advice should
be sought. UltraTech BASEKRETE is non-flammable.

Mix UltraTech BASEKRETE with 17-19% by weight of water using mechanical stirring for 2-3 minutes to ensure a
consistency free of lumps
- Addition of M-Sand, River Sand is also recommended by 1:1 proportion by weight to UltraTech BASEKRETE for
higher volume applications

 Use spatula/trowel for the UltraTech BASEKRETE applications and the final level can be attained with
aluminum floats/levelers
