Overall Application process
Below is the overall application process flow. Items marked in blue are completed by ICTC program
administrators and when payment review is completed, you will be assigned to the program based on the
cohort start date agreed upon

How to apply to Beyond the Cloud


1. Visit Beyond the Cloud: Powering Next Generation Canadian Digital Infrastructure | eTalent
Canada and select Register

2. You will be directed to our application system, Survey Monkey. Select “Register” should it be
your first time accessing our application system.

3. Create your account by completing the fields requested in the registration page

4. When registered, please verify your account with the link that was sent to the email addressed
used. To start your registration for the Beyond the cloud program, please select the “View
programs” as identified below.

5. Find the program “Beyond the Cloud” and select “More”

6. Select “Apply” when the program informaiton is supplied as below

7. You have started your application, and a unique application Number will be allocated to your
application starting with “BC202425”. Select “START HERE”

8. “Mark as Complete” when you have read the information

9. Select “Eligibility Criteria” to move to the next section of your application

10. When you have answered all the questions within this section, “Mark as complete” to move to
the next part of your application.

11. Select “Application & Resume Stage”

12. When questions have been answered, select "Next” to move to the next page of questions.

13. Select “Mark as complete” when all questions have been answered.

14. Your application has now been submitted for ICTC to review. Please refer to the Overall
application process for the next steps of the application process.

15. Please keep an eye on your emails for further updates on your application. Should you require
