    I understand that the university is committed to undertake the necessary measures to ensure my child/wards

    child/ward to strictly abide by TUA’s policies and guidelines in the conduct of the immersion activity and
    he/she would be personally for any harm or injury caused him/her by his/her own improper and
    irresponsible negligent or illegal act.

    In this light, I accept that fact that the university, after exercising due diligence of a good parent required of
    it under the law, cannot made liable for any injury or damage upon my child/ward during the immediate
    activity.
