 Implemented a 'Download to Excel' functionality that allowed the user to download the Sales Notification

Responsibilities:

 In charge of developing an ALV for sales subsequent and preceding document on basis of three radio button
on selection screen based on Sales order, Purchase order and delivery document.
 Responsible for conversion programs for migration of legacy data into SAP using BDC and LSMW.
 Created report lists for the gross sales, credit returns and gross weight for the customer for the current year
and compared the same with that of the previous year for the same period during testing. The data is
selected from KNVV, BKPF, BSEG and MARA in FI/CO Module.
 Extensively used Integration Builder, SLD (Landscape Directory) and Runtime
 Workbench for the XI/PI objects.
 Wrote an IDOC status viewer in ABAP to concurrently query multiple SAP systems, similar to SAP transaction
WE05. This program was used to check for posting errors during the distribution of master data from the
master data repository SAP system.
 Coded for various user exits for customer requirements related with standard Process code in IDocs.
 FICO AA Asset Accounting – Assets are created in SAP by posting the IDOC.

 Implemented BADI to change the line item. To populate account and cost center for the material entered.
 If user enters a zero quantity on SD order creation process, so, immediately user gets a custom error
message. Also used USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT & PREPARE exits Conversion Program for Initial Stock
Upload with data from Presentation Server and loads into Transaction MIGO using BAPI.
 Coded for various user exits for customer requirements related with standard Process code in IDocs.
 Set up Workflow organizational model. Workflow was used to handle errors encountered when processing
IDOC.
 Development reports for MM (Material Management). The reports output the details of monthly inventories
for class of materials.
 Developed a report to display the total summary of orders on hand, available quantity for each finished
product along with the details of raw materials required for each finished goods like stock on hand, required
quantity to fulfill the orders on hand, last draw of material etc.
 BDC done for Material Master, Vendor Master Etc., from Legacy system to R/3 environment. Used both
Call transactions and Input Session methods, including error handling in BDC.
 SAP Script done for Purchase Orders, Dispatch advice printing, Quotation printing and Invoice printing. Also,
standard SAP scripts were modified and further enhanced as per the client requirements.
 Created & used dictionary objects like domains, data elements, tables, function modules etc.
 Legacy data conversion through Batch data communication.
 Creation of Material master using Batch input session method.
 Creation of Invoices using Call transaction method.
 Developed a Batch Input Program to upload Vendor Master Data from legacy system to SAP R/3 database.
The data was uploaded using transaction MK01.
