1. Introvert- a introvert is a type of personality where individual are not ready to socialize themself to other
and have a fear to show their capablity to other, they just focus on his own mind feelings and they majorly
remain quiet and calm.

self confidence, and they also become leader as well because of their personality.

4. positive- the positive peaple who always motivated towards their goals and they accept their
weakness derive to overcome and make it to streanght .
5. negative- a personality who always demotivated by its own performance not allowing themself to

weakness are easily connect with people, which sometimes makes me too trusting.

I use this ability to build strong relationships while also learning to set healthy boundaries and stay
professional when needed.This allows me to provide excellent customer service and make people feel
valued. I am learning to stay professional while maintaining genuine connections.This helps me build

its importance can manage it effectively. People who value time always plan ahead and use it wisely to achieve
their goals.

your time, you can accomplish anything within a day or even a week. Your ability to control time depends on how
you perceive it and plan accordingly.

Example:
Imagine a messy room that seems impossible to clean. Most people might say it would take three days to
organize everything. However, one person looks at the same room and confidently decides to clean it in just two
hours—and succeeds.

This example shows that time follows your mindset. If you plan your routine properly and set specific tasks for

Ans. time waster are wasting their time by Scrollingover the instagram and many apps .They are not utilizing
their time in any skills .

Neerja Bhanot was a brave and selfless woman who proved that courage and determination can save lives. She
was a flight attendant for Pan Am who sacrificed her life to protect passengers during a hijacking in 1986.
Instead of thinking about her own safety, she focused on helping others escape. She managed to save 360 out
of 379 passengers before she was tragically shot while shielding children from terrorists.

Her story teaches us:

Never give up: No matter how tough the situation, stand strong.
Courage over fear: Even in life-threatening situations, she chose to help others.
Selflessness: True success is not just about personal achievements but also about making a difference.
Using what you have: She didn’t focus on fear but on what she could do in that moment.
Like Neerja, I should never lose hope. Instead of thinking about what I have lost, I will focus on what we still have
and use it to achieve greatness.

My Past Experience That Motivates Me


Last year, I made one of the best decisions of my life—I joined Frankfinn Institute to pursue my dream
of working in the aviation industry. However, when I started my classes, I felt invisible. No one talked
to me, and I realized it was because I lacked confidence, personality, and grooming.
This situation hit me hard, but instead of giving up, I took it as a challenge. I worked on myself,
improved my communication skills, and learned how to present my qualities effectively. I transformed
from someone who struggled to express themselves to a person who can confidently present in front
of others.
This journey taught me:
Self-improvement is in my hands—I can grow if I put in the effort.
Confidence comes with practice—The more I worked on myself, the better I became.
Presentation matters—It's not just about having skills but also about showcasing them well.
Now, I have a strong personality, and I can express myself clearly. This experience motivates me to
keep improving and never stop growing.

1. My Mother

She is my biggest emotional support. No matter what I’m going through, she understands my feelings without
me even saying a word. She notices small changes in my behavior and keeps asking what’s wrong until I finally
open up. Her unconditional love and care make me feel safe and valued.

2. My Father

He is my backbone and the strongest pillar in my life. He works tirelessly to provide for our family and ensures
that I never lack anything. More than just a provider, he is my guide—teaching me discipline, perseverance, and
the importance of hard work. His support during my difficult times, like in 9th grade, has shown me how deeply
he understands and cares for me.
3. My Younger Brother

I love my younger brother a lot. He not only learns from me but also knows how to comfort me when I’m sad.
Whenever I cried, he would sit on my lap, wipe my tears, and try to cheer me up with his silly jokes. Even though I
now live in Delhi, far from my hometown, he calls me every day—sometimes through video calls. Whenever I visit
home, he is the first to hug me, and I can see tears in his eyes. This has taught me how much love and care he has
for me.

These three people have shown me the purest form of empathy, love, and support, making my life truly special.
