and transfer of immovable property. Drafted and negotiated sale & lease deeds, and stamp certificates for
filing in the RERA Office for the company’s residential projects. Provided guidance and assisted clients in
purchasing property. Attended hearings, and drafted pleadings for temporary injunctions at the
Chhattisgarh High Court. Co-operated with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, etc.

• Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority (June 2023 – July 2023) - Visited and prepared detailed
reports on Central Jail, Juvenile Justice Board, Child Welfare Committee, Drug Rehabilitation Centre,
Legal Services Clinic, etc., and made suitable recommendations to the Secretary, DLSA. Observed the
working of the ‘front office’ provision of legal aid to legal aid beneficiaries under the State Legal Services
Authority Act, 1987.

• Sujit Lahoti & Associates, Bombay High Court (Nov 2022 - Dec 2022)- Drafted Interim Applications
under CPC and assisted senior advocates with court procedural formalities. Further, analyzed property
Deeds of Trust to verify grantor, grantee, trustee, and loan amounts for executive leadership. Research
work on Arbitration and Conciliation cases of Review by Arbitral Tribunal, Condonation of delay in
Arbitral Awards, etc.
• Jain & Partners, IPR Firm (Oct 2021 - Nov 2021)- Assessed case dockets and drafted contracts paying
special attention to the Free Trade Agreement (FTA), conducted initial client communications, gathered
facts, and prepared research notes on WIPO Trademark, Trademark Dilution, and Madrid Protocols for
assistance in client cases.

• Century International Maxim (April 2021 - June 2021)- Performed legal and general research on
Insolvency, Bankruptcy Law, and Dispute Resolution framework, reviewed legal information and
proofed documentation for errors, and attended depositions and court proceedings online., and prepared
