WORK EXPERIENCE
MediBuddy (Phasorz Technologies Private Limited), Bengaluru (09.06.2022 – Present)
● I am working at Medibuddy, a start-up that predominantly is in the industry of health and wellness. I joined here
as an in-house legal counsel and have assisted the Company in various aspects of general corporate advisory
matters, which include Direct POC for the Retail, Pharmacy, Medicine team with regards to legal negotiations
with vendors
● Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high value business agreements and commercial transactions with customers
and supporting internal stakeholders in closing the contracts within the stipulated time.
● Reviewing and negotiating all contracts or any other documentation ni various stages including NDAs, MSAs
Licensing Agreements, lease deeds, and various forms of agreement, preparing SOW and amendments where the
Company has committed itself and assess legal implications and associated risk that need to be brought to the
management’s attention.
● Working on FSSAI and Legal Metrology Compliance with respect display and non-display requirements on the
platform and the application and the OTC store.
● Have drafted legal notices on behalf of the company in matters relating to breach of data privacy, IP, have also
prepared responses to multiple legal notices that the Company has received.
● Liaising with outside counsel and keeping a track of all company related matters on a day-to-day basis
● Bifurcating and converting internal and external policies of companies and insurer provider from legal language
to Product, to set a flow in new vertical of business.
● Currently closed a high volume tender with the Pharmacy team.

Pharmeasy (API Holdings Limited), Mumbai (03.02.2022 – 31.05.2022) (4 Months)


● Part of the In-House Legal team as a Paralegal. Worked on more than 90 (Ninety) Agreements in the due course
of the Internship. Closed matter with regards to legal and business point of view with fortune 500 companies.
● Played an integral part in drafting Companies internal policies with respect to Code of Conduct and various other
HR policies.
● Dealt with governmental authorities with regards to Show Cause Notices, orders and other instruments.
● Built and worked on an internal system of compliance with regards to FSSAI and other relevant display
requirements as according to the law.
● Worked on the upcoming Pharmeasy IPO with the team. Did compliance and fact check for all the different
companies under API holdings. Compounded various litigation which came up as of due diligence.

● Part of the In-House Legal team as their first Legal Intern. Worked on various matters related to legal collections
with the collections team, internally and with various NBFCs/Banks/FinTech’s. Vetted Master Service, Vendor
Agreement between Propelld and various NBFCs.
● Sending out Loan recall notices (LRNs) Legal Notice under Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Act, 2007
and Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act,

Clinix (PBD Solution Private Limited), Hyderabad (01.10.2020 to 01.12.2021) (12 Months)
● Clinix was successfully acquired by MediBuddy and I was moved automatically to their Legal Team.
● Part of the In-House Legal Team and Founding team.
● Drafted the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cancellation Policy for the Application and the Website.
● Drafting employment agreement, offer letter, partnership agreement and other relevant documents for the
company. Drafting contracts for doctors and other staff members onboarding. Drafting NDAs for other purposes
as well.

● Part of the Indirect Tax team.
● Worked cases related to EOUs, retrospective application of CBIC notifications, Foreign Trade Policy, open
