Internal; 1:3 in ceiling and 1:4 with superfine smooth finish of walls.
External;1:5 normal finish of external walls.
Flooring works;
The flooring in the hall, dinning room, bed room, store room and kitchen
Tiles upto Rs 55/sq.feet.(size 2’x2’) or (size 2’x4’)
Bathroom ; flooring in grip tiles Rs.40 per sq.feet.(size 1‘x1’)
Bathroom walls; 10’ feet glassed tiles Rs.40 per sq.feet.
Kitchen; 7’ feet from kitchen top Rs.40 per sq.feet.
Kitchen top granite Rs.100/sq.feet (approx.)
Stainless steel sinks Rs.1800 per no (2’x 1’6”x 9” )
Shower wall mixer arrangements for the attached master bathrooms with
geyser point.(Rs.2500)

Painting work;
One coat of white cement and wall patty for inner walls
One coat of interior primer and one coat of superfine emulsion for inner
walls.
One coat of exterior primer and one coat of ACE for outer walls.
One coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paints on all wood
works and grills.
Weathering course;
Electrical;
Good materials and concealing wiring for lights,fan points,lamp points and
15amps with switch boards(without fitting meter)with metal switch boxes. (Three

2.Any other extra work will be charged as per the actual works done +10%(actual
amount)
3.The basic rates for the materials taken are given at the existing market rate.The builder
will take responsibility upto 5% increase from the existing market rates.
