strategies; and use of information sources, active or passive constructions, direct or indirect speech, perfect tenses, and
logical connectors in journalistic writing.
B. Performance The learners transfer learning by writing journalistic texts, the content of which may be used in composing and delivering a
Standards memorized oral speech featuring the use of acknowledged information sources, grammatical signals for opinion making,
persuasion, emphasis and appropriate prosodic features, stance and behavior.
