Terms & Conditions


This is our standard software, any major customization in the software after deployment, it being mutually agreed that
the charges for such major customization shall be in addition to the renewal charges. We are also not responsible for
any of your System Hardware Crash, Data Backup, Windows Operating System Installation, Data Loss, Virus or
ransomware attack and Wrong Data Feeding Problems. Services will be discontinued, and the software will expire, and
all data will be inaccessible if the renewal amount is not received within the due date. All types of Government Taxes
are not included in the above rates. If a customer needs to change their package in future, the Current Package price
will be applied. Other than software problems will be charged separately.

It’s the client’s responsibility to take daily backup of their data, on any other storage device. We will also setup your
data backup on our online cloud server, however we do not guaranty for data recovery in case of loss of data due to
any natural disaster or international server crash, We will send email to our server provider to get your data, if we got
your data in good condition, we will get your data and will restore into your computer. You have to pay additional
recovery charges, because we are paying a monthly subscription for cloud server.

Software renewal Charges will be applicable from 01-01-2025. Software renewal charges will be received in advance
for Yearly and after every two years 15% charges will be increased.
