OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS


Any major or specific amendments in the software will be charge accordingly as per current price. We are also not
responsible for any of your System Hardware Crash, Data Backup, Operating System Installation, Data Loss, System
shifting, Ransomware attack, Virus Attack and Wrong Data Feeding Problems. Services will be discontinue and software
will be expired and all data will be inaccessible, if the renewal amount is not cleared within due date. All type of
Government Taxes are not included in above rates. If customer need to change their payment terms and billing tenure
in future, Current Package price will be applied. Other than software services will be charge separately. System shifting /
transfer will be charge separately after installation as per current price. Data entry only allowed from agreement starting
date and also allowed within paid duration.

Software renewal Charges will be applicable from 01-09-2024. Software renewal charges will be receive as advance for
12 Months and after every two years 15% charges will be increase.
