Congratulation for the consideration of your job application by the Company Employment
Directorate Office of HR Sidart Restaurant. Company to serve as a full time employee of
the Company after review of your job application submitted details. You are hereby
directed to join the company on or before November 30, 2023 in our office in Auckland,
New Zealand.
You will be on probation for 1-month, then you will become our permanent employee
if found to be of a good behavior by observing company rules and regulations.
Working time: Your working hours will be from 9 am–5 pm, 5 normal working days. You
will receive your monthly salary on the last working day of the month.
There will be performance review after every six months and salary revision once a year.
NOTE: NZ Immigration will give you a visa application approval once you submit your Visa
Application form with a letter, and you will be responsible for paying the fee. Your visa will
be issued within 5 working days.

Note: Above Information are highly confidential and shall only can be discussed or shown

Person/Officials, the said Offer will stand cancel.
Probation Period: This job Offer is permanent job offer, however initially the probation
period will be standing for one month from date of joining.
Employment Offer Details: At the date of joining, Employee needs to be submitted and
sign all the required Original/Xerox documents stating all employment terms and
conditions.
Also, This Appointment order will be revoked if you are unable to secure your traveling
documents before the date you are expected to resume duty.
(1) If during the period of employment, the employee becomes unable due to mental or
physical illness or injury to perform his/her duties under this agreement in his / her normal
regular manner, this agreement shall be terminated:
(2) The employer has advised the employee that it currently maintains disability
insurance for all IT employees during the term of this agreement.
*Termination upon death: If the employee dies during the period of employment, this
agreement shall be terminated.
