CIIMATE 2000 for manufacturing duct & fittings, which is connected with the advance technology of CNC machines.
Duct systems are fully fabricated and assembled in our premises. The fabricated Ducts and Fittings are properly

used generally are Galvanized steel or Aluminum. Stainless steel and Black steel ducts and hoods also are

combining the best properties of rectangular and round spiral ducts.
TDFOVAL duct provides a lower installation costs and due to low
leakeage and reduced pressure loss, it provides also lower operating
cost.
TDFOVAL is available for low/medium and high pressure systems
confirming to SMACNA 1995 edition and DW 144 add.

Foster® Safetee™ Duct Sealant
Foster® Safetee™ Duct Sealant is a fire-resistive, fibrated water based, indoor/outdoor vapor barrier sealant for low,
medium and high velocity heating and air conditioning ducts. It performs as a tough and flexible adhesive and
sealant, forming a durable seal against air leakage when used with or without reinforcing tape or membrane.
Mechanical fasteners of the type and number normally used for duct assemblies are required to provide rigidity to
the duct system.
Safetee Duct Sealant has excellent weather resistance, low water vapor permeance and good water resistance,
allowing it to be used outdoors and in high humidity environments. It is U.V. resistant. When dry, it may be painted
with good quality water base paint.
Safetee Duct Sealant may be pressure tested within 16 hours dry time above 70ºF (21ºC) and below 60% RH.

Leed Certified
It quickly forms a strong bond to galvanized, aluminum or mild steel metal ducts. It has a mild odor when wet.
Safetee Duct Sealant will meet all SMACNA pressure classes up to 10" w.g. and SMACNA seal classes A, B, and C on
ducts constructed to SMACNA standards. It has been tested up to 15" w.g. and passed with no sealant blow out.
Safetee Duct Sealant complies with current requirements regarding use in meat and poultry processing areas under
federal inspection. Letter of compliance is available upon request.
Safetee Duct Sealant meets requirements for LEED IEQ 4.1 Low-Emitting Materials, Adhesives and Sealants.
VOC: 45 g/l, less water and exempt solvents.
