Sports and physical activities play a pivotal role in promoting the holistic
development of students, contributing not only to their physical
well-being but also to the cultivation of essential values such as
teamwork, leadership, discipline, and resilience. At The LNM Institute of
Information Technology (LNMIIT), Jaipur, sports are an integral part of

1 MONTH PLAN
Month 1 Plan: Initiation Phase
The first month focused on identifying existing problems, gathering
feedback from stakeholders, and laying a strong foundation for
management and technological upgrades. This phase was critical to
ensure that all future steps were data-driven and well-structured.
🔹 Week 1: Research & Planning
We began by reaching out to the people who use the sports facilities the
most—students, athletes, and staff—to hear directly from them about
12
what’s working and what’s not. Their feedback helped us paint a real
picture of the issues on the ground.
To complement this, we conducted detailed SWOT and PESTLE
analyses, giving us both internal and external perspectives on the
current situation.
We also carried out a physical audit of the equipment and infrastructure
to assess what was functional, broken, or missing.
13
An online portal for event registration was also suggested to reduce
paperwork and make things more efficient.
Looking ahead, we outlined a tech roadmap that included possibilities
like AI-based athlete tracking and injury prevention tools.
This week marked the beginning of LNMIIT’s journey toward a smarter,
more connected sports environment.
3 MONTH PLAN
Month 2–3: Execution and Optimization Phase
🟩 Week 5–6: Facility Upgrades & Safety
(Things may take longer than a week , we are here talking about starting
the work)
Essential infrastructure like washrooms and barricades will be installed
to enhance usability and safety.
Safety inspections will be conducted to identify and eliminate hazards
such as overgrown bushes and stray animals.
Basic amenities like seating areas and shade for spectators will be
improved to enhance the experience for everyone.
Replace faulty lights and upgrade to brighter, energy-efficient LEDs in
SAC.
14
🟦 Week 7–8: Digital and Communication
A digital inventory management system will be launched to track sports
equipment usage and availability.
A pilot test will be run to assess the system’s effectiveness in reducing
losses and improving efficiency.
A centralized digital noticeboard and weekly email bulletin will be
introduced for scheduling and announcements.

CONCLUSION
Creating a sports environment that is vibrant, inclusive, and promotes
well-being is more than just a goal—it’s a necessity for a thriving student
community. Through this project, Group 4: SYNERGY took a deep dive
into the current challenges at LNMIIT and came up with practical,
step-by-step solutions to make our sports facilities more efficient,
accessible, and sustainable for everyone on campus.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve tackled everything from identifying major
gaps to proposing smart digital upgrades, redefining management roles,
and focusing on athlete welfare. By combining structure with innovation,
we’ve built a plan that’s not only effective today but also adaptable for
tomorrow.
With the implementation of these ideas, LNMIIT has a real opportunity to
transform its sports culture—making it more organized, welcoming, and
supportive of every student, whether they’re casual players or
16
passionate athletes. This project is just the beginning of building a better,
stronger, and more inclusive sports community on campus.
