1 Proposal 1 – We proposed a project titled

Data Analysis “Academic Performance Prediction
System Using Data Analysis.” The idea was
to collect student data and apply ML
algorithms to predict results.

2 Literature We referred to research papers and

Review project repositories to understand
existing work in this domain. It
required datasets, model training,
and accuracy testing.
3 Tools The project required Python, Pandas,
Identification NumPy, and data visualization
libraries, which some team members
were not fully comfortable with.

4 Rejection due After internal discussions and

to feasibility consulting our guide, we decided to
drop the idea due to lack of proper
datasets and expertise in machine
learning.

college elections using mobile
apps, QR login, and fingerprint
verification.

2 Architecture Design Created a rough architecture

using Android, Firebase, and
fingerprint SDKs. Proposed
modules like Voter Login, Vote
Casting, Result View.

3 Research on Security Studied authentication

mechanisms but realized that
handling biometric data brings
legal and privacy challenges.

4 Rejection due to The idea was dropped because

limitations real implementation and testing
would require permissions and
legal compliance that were not
feasible within the college
project scope.
