Admission Process from 22nd to 24th July-2024

Step: 1: Payment of College Fee and Collecting College


admission application.
Fee counters - Hall No # 2 (Near Main Gate)
Step: 1: Pay Fee in the bank counters (PNB)
Name of the Branch of allotted Fee to be paid by the candidate
University special fee: 5500, NBA: 3000, JNTU
CSE/CIVIL/ ME/EEE/ECE/IT
Affiliation fee :767/-: Total: 9267/-
University special fee: 5500, JNTU
CSB/CSM/ CSD/CSIT/CSA
Affiliation fee :767/-: Total: 6267/-
Step: 2: Registration for the admission
Registration for the admission by submitting the Counter 1: CIVIL,EEE, ME, ECE ,IT
College Fee Challan copy and application amount Hall 1
Counter 2: CSB,CSM,CSD
Rs. 500/- in the respective Counter Counter 3: CSE,CSIT,CSA

Step: 2: Step:2- Fill the Application and Attach the Xerox


Copies (Three sets) of the following documents
CERTIFICATES TO BE SUBMITED BY ALL CANDIDATES
ALL Original certificates along with 3 sets of Xerox copies of the following
1. Allotment Order and Joining Report of final phase, Ecet Rank Card.
2. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks Memo
3. Diploma OD, Diploma Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate.
4. VI to Diploma Study Certificate.
5. Transfer Certificate (T.C).
6. Income Certificate issued after 01-04-2024 if applicable.
7. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority if applicable.
8. Aadhar Card Xerox.
9. Physically Challenged (PH)/Children of Armed Personnel (CAP)/ NCC/Sports / Minority
10. 2 Passport size photographs (1 Photo to be pasted on application)
Certificate if Applicable.
 Residence Certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of non-
Local candidates.
 Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY PH / CAP / NCC / SPORTS / MINORITY CANDIDATES/ANGLO-
INDIAN

Step: 3 - Originals and Application Submission


Submit the filed in application form with one set of xerox of copies of all certificates and
all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies.
Submit in the Room no:
Hall No # 1 (Near Main Gate) - Counter 1 CSE, CSB, CSD, CSM,
CSA,CSIT
Hall No # 1 (Near Main Gate) - Counter 2 ECE , EEE,
IT,MECH,CIVIL
Step: 6 – Campus Visit
