Assignment 2: Organizational Behavior

General Instructions
1) Form a group consisting of 7 to 10 students
2) Take the case organization you are familiarized with, and write a detailed term paper report (with a
maximum of 25 pages) according to the optional topics provided for each group in the table below.
3) Get printed and submit it with in on or before Final Exam date.
4) Assignment submission date will not be compromised; try to adhere to it.
Try to incorporate all concepts covered in the course to evaluate/assess how organizations you visited
perform or practiced the selected topic (dependent variable) in their operations by indicating the possible
independent variables to be assessed by at least any combinations of two levels (individual, group and
organizational levels of analysis) and justify your judgment by indicating their fit & deviation or provide
comment on their pros and cons in relation to the theory. You can use the model we discussed in chapter
one as a frame of reference.
5) Try to keep the logical coherence of your assignment paper
6) Your report paper will have contents (the order will be as you believe it correct)- Introduction, theoretical
review, addressing the issues raised, conclusions, your professional recommendations and other parts
you think necessary including any references)
7) You can collect letter of request for your case organization from the department of Management (7 th
Floor)
8) In case you can’t access an organization, you can contact me
