To apply for a Belarus 1-Year Visa D + TRP Work Permit, follow these steps:

2. Submit Required Documents

3. Sign Agreement and Make Initial Prepayment
Upon receiving your documents, we will send an agreement for your signature. An
initial prepayment of €1100 is required to initiate the process. After payment
confirmation, we will submit your documents to the appointed attorney, and your
Work Permit invitation package will be ready within 15 working days.
4. Work Permit Issuance and Second Payment
Upon Work Permit approval, we will send a scanned copy via email or WhatsApp. A
second payment of €1100 (including DHL courier charges) is required within 3
working days. The original Work Permit package, including a letter of guarantee
and employment contract, will then be sent to your preferred address via DHL
Express with a tracking code within 7–10 days.
5. Apply for Type D Visa
○ Book an appointment by contacting the nearest Belarus
Embassy/Consulate via email. Documents must be submitted in person (no
courier services accepted).
