Schedule for Supplementary Examination of Spring Semester 2024-2025

B. Tech. (Hons.) 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th Semester
M. Tech (2nd Sem), MSc (2nd), MCA (2nd & 4th Sem)
TIMING: Shift: A-Shift: 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon B-Shift: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM
DURATION: 03 HRS Reporting Time for all concerned faculty members: A-Shift: 08:30 AM
B-Shift: 01:30 PM
Note:-
1. All students are directed to bring ID Card and Payment proof in the Examination Hall and to occupy their seat at
least 15 minutes before the schedule time. In any circumstances, students are not allowed to enter in the
examination hall without ID Card and Payment proof and also bring supporting documents who appears in
Supplementary Examination on Medical ground and submit the same in the Control Room DJLHC-101.
2. Students are not permitted to enter in the examination hall with electronic gadgets like Cell Phone, Smart Watch etc
and carry bags.
3. Students who have not paid their examination fee and have not completed their registration are not allowed to
appear in the Supplementary Examination of Spring Semester 2024-25. Even if they appear in the above said
examination, their result will be kept in hold.
4. All the concerned faculty members will have to do the assigned invigilation duty in the allotted room.
5. Examination of overlapping subject (if any) will be conducted on the last day of examination schedule.
6. Students are allowed to submit their Answer Booklet only after two hours (2 Hrs) of the commencement of the
examination.
7. Students are not allowed for washrooms 1st and last one hour (1 Hr) during the examination.
8. Students must come by wearing the formal dress to the examination hall. Else, they will be sent back.
