    Context: CEP business is critical to EMEA PSG (Personal Systems Group) 's profitability and revenue. Currently growing with a +15% YoY in average, we are consolidating our Strategy, Planning and Program team, and hiring a Program Manager. This person will be our Representative for all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Siebel tools subject matter, as well as following several smaller projects to increase our Sales Productivity. Key Job Function : Lead the Business readiness and adoption Sub Program of the new CRM tool for PSG EMEA CEP Sales Force: Define deployment plan of the new CRM Confirm countries selected are primed and 'ready to go', Represent PSG CEP on Cross BU & WW meetings around deployment, Provides data as required, Aligned with PMO of this large project who will sit in the same team, Identify the need for new processes as well as significant improvements to major processes. Potentially drive their development and implementation in link with the new CRM tool. Develop innovative principles, ideas and solutions Lead cross-functional project teams that will significantly improve the organization performance Develop Path to Total Pipeline Management excellence. Deliver Siebel usage training to new CEP Employees and work with Learning and Development on standard Pipeline Management and Sales Forecasting course availability for the Sales Force.

    This Project Manager will report to the Sales Strategy, Planning and Program Manager.

    Critical Competencies to succeed: Project Leadership & Troubleshooting Actively works to resolve project challenges and facilitate knowledge transfer between team members focused on shared objectives, Execution Actively manages business plans to CEP PSG Strategy and be able to report status to direct Manager or VP CEP, PSG/EB Business Context Understands the market segments sold into, the business challenges addressed by PSG and EB Organization as well as HP's strategy for market penetration HP Sales Productivity Tools/Processes Systematically applies HP sales planning & productivity tools/processes to manage work Continuous Improvement Actively seeks out opportunities to improve business and operational processes/procedures Change Management Develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization Problem Solving Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution Team Player Knowledge and Skills Required: First Level University degree. 5 years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses, Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams, In-depth understanding of cross-geographic competitive environment, Excellent English written/oral communications and analytical skills, Ability to interface effectively with executive management and functional disciplines, Excellent influencing, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills, Capable of working in a multi-cultural global client facing environment, Experience in IT environment projects (Siebel, EDW, DSIS, DSMI, Yotta, NCRF, ), Knowledge of industry, segment, commercial large accounts and Public Sector accounts, Ideally working background with Siebel and Salesforce.com tool to be able to leverage knowledge,
