Description:

Tractors India Private Limited (TIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of TIL Limited and is responsible for the entire Caterpillar business of Construction, Mining and Power Systems Solutions. They provide Equipment on Rent for construction, mining and power applications. Also they offer new and relatively new Rental Equipment and reliable Used Equipment with an option to rent or buy. Role:

Provide technical guidance and support in the MM and SD module. Handled technical areas including: Enhancement, Smartforms. Coordinating with the Client team for providing the technical guidance. Process improvement for the Client by improving: Introducing a new Technical Specification Document. Created additional tab in ME21N to capture required fields which are out of standard screen, for that we are enhanced the purchase order screen. Developed customized smartform which will be triggered from VF02. Presently developing additional screen to VA01 using user exit. Here I used program MV45AIZZ and MV45AOZZ in SAPMV45A Program. Implemented a BADI for for equipment master (IK11) for creating sales order.

Developed a report for synchronization of bank keys between one system to HRMS system. System Performance tuning using SQL Trace and Runtime analysis. Modified many scripts according to the client requirement.

Generating the TDS as for customer requirements. Executing testing along with the Functional consultants.

Used Concur Interface (Third party Tool) for job monitoring on daily basis. The Concur travel and expense system enables
the employees/managers to track, store and submit travel expenses for fast approval and payment. Using Concur automates the entire expense reporting process. Concur allows the management increased level of policy compliance and proper classification of expenses. This is an inbound interface to SAP (FI module). Employees input into Concur business-related travel expenses.

Monitoring tickets & tasks in OVSC Tool and do the appropriate action when any tickets/issue comes Checking listeners to see if application is up after batch completes Ad-hoc ABAP assignments done time to time .

When any job is cancelled ,then they raise a ticket, I check the issues and resolved asap. Some time Issue comes related to HR (project management role) .

Duration : Jan10-April 11 Client : Grasim Cements Onsite Support by : Wipro Infotech Role : ABAP Consultant Team Size : 15 Module : SD & MM Environment : SAP R/3 4.7, ABAP, Oracle 9i, Windows 2003 Description : Grasim Cements is one of the flagship companies in India having manufacturing unit at Raipur chattishgarh. It is a group company of Aditya Birla Group having an annual turnover of 200 crores. BGL is implementing SAP to streamline its Business Processes, mainly related to PP, FI/CO, QM, SD and MM and to integrate its manufacturing units with head office and the regional sale Offices at different locations. ALV/Reports: Interactive ALV report display the purchase order header details on the basic list and on double-clicking any of the record on the basic list, the item-level information is displayed on the secondary list. Interactive report created based on vendor master (LFA1) basic list display vendor details & secondary list display purchase order details (EKKO, EKPO). Customer balance sheet related report done through ALV grid display format. Tax Asset Sale/Purchase Reports and Agreement tracking reports done by me in ALV list display formats. TDS reports done according to Indian income tax department in ALV list display format

BDC: Created BDC to upload the Vendor : Purchasing master through call transaction (MK01, MK02) Vendor Master this conversion created Vendor Master Centrally through session method XK01 Goods Receipt for Purchase Orders through call transaction MB01. The standard program Sales Order RVORDER01 & Invoice RVINVOICE01 was modified and new layout set was designed according to the client requirements in SD. Got latest issue to create new Smart Forms for printing Invoice display on screen like (Logo, Billing details, Customer details, Total amount, page no., etc.) A Credit Memo and Debit Memo Forms are created and designed according to the client requirements for FI/CO module.

Sap Script/ Smart Forms:

ALE/IDOC: Using SAP R/3 Cross-application ALE, which transferred Master data such as Material Master, Vender Master, Customer Master, and G/L Accounts from Client to Client : ITL Industries Ltd, Indore . : Feb09 to Dec09 : ITL Industries Ltd. : Wipro Infotech. :9 : SD, MM : SAP R/3 Version 4.7, ABAP/4, Oracle 9i, Windows 2003

Worked for MRP price control procedures for the year 2006 and created the relating document. The Rollout involves change of price control from moving average price to standard price for all the plants and to generate actual costing variant for capturing the actual costs & generating reports for capturing and analyzing purchase price variances Responsibilities:

Co-ordination with functional consultants for understanding the functional specifications. Development of new reports in specific areas as per the client requirements.
Data Migration:

Developed Interface programs for uploading data from legacy system to SAP R/ 3 System by BDC. Created BDC to change the material master through transaction code MM02. Created BDC to upload the creating material master through transaction code MM01.

number selected through Popup list displaying material details like (material no., material type, industry, material group, base unit, manufacturer no.). Created a classical report for Material stock details display Sap Script:

To modify the Sales Document layout set MEDRUCK (Purchase Order) to include standard texts for sender,
Header, Footer and assigned to standard print programs. Transported layout sets using standard programs RSTXSCRP and RSTXR3TR.

Handling of Change Request: The work involves changing of existing program. This task needs quick understanding of logic and change the program accordingly to meet the client requirement.
