    Major Points of Concern


    Very lengthy Shat and Bajoura
    Feeder.
    No alternative transmission channel.
    Uneven and unplanned distribution of
    areas.
    Exponential Growth of Consumers.
    Exponentially increasing Demand of
    Load.
    Urgent require of doorway for
    catering of load

    Lack of Inter Connection points in


    town area itself.
    Improper Spacing and unavailability
    of continuous earth wire for better
    fault detection and safety.
    Very poor Maintenance of assets
    (both CIVIL and ELECTRICAL).

    PLAN FOR IMPROVEMENT


    Every section will be bound to
    maintain one transformer per month
    starting from Bhuntar Town itself.
    The Maintenance would be carried
    out through the medium of CMP
    under OPC Kullu primarily on work
    order with supervision at all levels as
    stated in provisions of CMP.

    2 nos. GO Switches will be installed


    at the approximately 1 km stretch
    between Sarsaadi and Mahadev floor
    mill tapping so that the general fault
    due to stone felling or sliding can be
    bypassed through isolation and
    supply be restored through Bhuntar
    Supply from one end and Jari supply
    from the other.

    Similarly 1 no. GO Switch will be


    installed in the Bajoura feeder before
    HPSEBL Colony sharabai so that fault
    at any end be bypassed through
    Isolation by feeder supply from
    Bhuntar at one end and Nagwain at
    Other.

    The patrolling reports are on the verge


    of receiving in this office so it is
    requested to finalise the rates for
    work order awards at earliest please.

    A proposal for maintenance has been
    prepared in this office and the maintenance
    would be undertaken after approval of
    dates from the Power Controller
    14 nos.Flower pots fecilitating beautification
    has been placed in the premises and further
    proposal of 20 more flower pots ar yet to be
    placed through sanctioninf of estimate in
    respect to aboriculture.

    11/0.4 KV Sub Stations


    No substations has been maintened
    through work orders under intimation
    to this office.
    However the maintenance done by
    the concerned AAES and JES would
    be taken in account after verification
    of the same at site.

    Apart from this, process of


    Compliance of Flying squad reports
    were undertaken.
    The process of completion of Bagicha
    feeder is almost 75% complete with
    an about to resolve issue of 4 poles
    pending.
    Any further compliance as asked was
    reported telephonically in advance.
