10 Minute Reward Time!

Individual
Students will receive stickers for positive reinforcement
10 minutes of free time (computers, iPad) once chart is filled up
Group
Class will receive check mark for everyday they are well behaved and
no major incidents. If 5 check marks are achieved by end of week,
class will be rewarded (movie, game, etc.)
CONSEQUENCES
Individual
First warning, move clothespin from green to yellow.
Second warning, move clothespin from yellow to red.
Third disruption, call FOCUS dean to come talk
with student.
Lastly, call parents and schedule conference.
Group
No check mark for the day
