MY AIM
INTRODUCTION
Nature is essential to our lives- from the food on our
plates to the clothes we wear, from medicines to mental
health benefits. Our ancestors worshipped nature, the old
civilizations are known to have considered tress, birds,
earth, animals as God. Man evolved in the embrace of
nature. After thousands of years of living on this planet, man
has started to destroy it.
Based on the lesson “A DAY IN THE COUNTRY”,
“SONG OF THE FLOWER”, “FIRST SHOWERS”, whose main
theme is nature. I decided to make an ACTIVITY BOX, which
consist of some of the activities related to nature, where
the students will have enjoyment of completing the
activities as well as get an awareness of the present
condition of their environment.
ENTRY ACTIVITY
Teacher begins the class with a brief introduction about nature.
Teacher shares some points of how nature is important for us.
Teacher shows a video which highlights the present condition of
nature and how humans play a major role in destroying nature.
Teacher also shares some pictures for better understanding.
Then discusses some of the effects of human intervention on the
environment and they are:
Teacher once again summarizes the entire class and asks the
students to share their idea about how to protect our Earth.
