Introduction

What is Employee Satisfaction Survey ?

 It is a survey to gauge the opinions and Satisfaction


level of employees.
 ESS is a tool to obtain reliable data to take sound
managerial decision .
 Systematic Study of Attitudes of your employee
towards all aspects of their employment or may focus
on a particular aspect in order to get feedback either
because you suspect a problem or because you are
contemplating a change .
Results
The information gained form the survey can be valuable
knowledge that directly effects the bottom line and
fosters positive change in any or all of the following :
 Identifying cost saving opportunities
 Improving Productivity
 Reducing turnover
 Curbing absentism
 Assessing Training Needs
 Gauging the employees understanding on the Company
