The Team

Raja Sekhar Reddy, Founder – Director

PGDM (IIM Ahmedabad), and B Tech - Computer Science &
Engineering (IIT Kanpur). With over 15 years of management,
teaching and research experience, he has served in various
capacities including Human Resources, Training, Organisation
Development, Information Technology, Strategic Planning,
Project Management, and Marketing. His exclusive and eminent
list of portfolios include: Chief Learning Officer, Chief Knowledge
Officer, VP - Organisation Development, VP - Strategic Planning,
etc. After his brief service in teaching, he has worked with the
GTL group in various capacities.
Founded Global InnovSource in 2004 and has headed it since.

Vijay Prabhu, Head – Executive Search

Vijay is a post graduate in Human Resource Management
from Mumbai University. He has core recruitment practice for
more than 12 years in Recruitment and HR. Prior to working
as National Head – Recruitment, and Head - Corp. Buss. Unit
at Global InnovSource, Vijay was running his own head
hunting firm, wherein he has handled exclusive mandates for
corporate houses and has worked on various verticals. Vijay
has handled diverse search assignments across sectors and
functions and has served many Indian and International
clients. His forte lies in the strength of his network and
rapport with many HR professionals at various levels across
the cross section of the industry.

• Fees
– Our fees are calculated on the basis of the candidate’s
gross annual compensation (all benefits and bonuses).
Our standard fees are 33% for senior level searches.
• Invoicing
– Our invoicing will be done in three installments. 1/3rd of
the estimated fee is payable at the time of confirming
the search assignment. The second 1/3rd of the fees will
be payable immediately after finalizing the short-list or
within 30 days of confirming assignment. The balance
fees will be payable after the candidate has joined.
