+ Islam (dominant in Western Asia)
+ Judaism (founded in the eastern part of the Mediterranean

 Western Asia
- found in south of Eastern Europe surrounded by:
+ Aegean Sea, Black Sea, Persian Gulf, Caspian Sea,
Arabian Sea, Red Sea and Mediterranean Sea.
- Turkey , for instance, is a country shared by both Europe and
Asia
- countries shows strong economic growth
-Petroleum (major source of economic growth where 60% of the
world reserves in Western Asia)

-He wanted to understand how the capitalist society
works (for whom does it truly work better and worse for) and where
it would likely lead.
- He saw the struggle of the two classes in society which
is the capitalists or owners of the resource and the workers or
proletariat.
