How to quickly
change the font.

• Do you have a favorite font you want to


use on these tabs? You can quickly
change the font on all the tabs by
following these steps.
1. Select everything on the slide
(Edit Menu > Select All)
2. Change the font.
3. Resize the text with the Increase Font Size
or Decrease Font Size buttons.
4. Print

How to use
Find and Replace
to quickly change all the tabs.

• Save time by using PowerPoint’s Find and


Replace feature to change the text.
1. Go to the Edit Menu > Find > Replace
2. Enter the text you want to find.
3. Enter the text you want to replace.
4. Click Replace All

In this example, all the instances of “Tab 1”


will be replaced with “Science.”
