Wellsford, Auckland. It’s a beautiful
destination for everyone to enjoy different
types of food there with a variety of taste and
cuisines. Its depicts the history and culture of
middle east. It provides fresh, economical and
healthy food within a few minutes.
What we Sell:- Our company trades in Kebab on Salad, Kebab
on Rice, Burger, Large Burger Combo, Baklava,
Seekh Kebab, Fried Chicken, Fried Chips,
Firewood Pizza.
Objective:-
1. To provide healthy food with a great taste.
2. Provide education to customer about new products.
3. Aware more consumer about our brand.
4. To build a long term relationship with our customers.
5. To increase sale and revenue.
6. To share our experience on social networks.
7. To get online feedback from customers.
8. To improve brand perception.

Key platforms use for Content Marketing:-
Content marketing is a technique which provide relevant , valuable and clearly
defined information about business to the valuable customers so that they take
profitable action. Arbik Kebab use social networking as the platforms for our content
marketing.
We post pictures of our restaurant to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp
and Twitter about the recipes and every new thing which is introduce in our
restaurant. This helps our restaurant to increase the awareness among customers
about new thing and they will try new things which is helpful for us.
We post videos of cooking tips, ingredients of the recipes to the YouTube people
follow that videos for their own purpose. With this people post comments about
suggestions in new things we use that comments as a feedback and change
according to the preference of the customers.
We sent mail through Gmail to our existing customers about discount, promotions
and getting feedback through Gmail about the customer experience related to the
visit. Feedback is mandatory for every business where it is small or larger business.
Feedback provides necessary solution about the our problem we can change
according with the feedback.
we provide relevant content about our restaurant to the customer so that they can
share that content with others too that helps us to increase our sales and revenue.
This is called mouth to mouth publicity. Which is only depends upon the existing
customer how they present our content to others.

1. Subway:- is a privately held American fast food restaurant franchise that primarily
sells submarine sandwiches (subs) and salads.
3. Wellsford bakery:- is place for Breakfast, Takeaway, Outdoor Seating, Desserts and
Bakes.
4. Ready Roast:- is restaurant for British, Fast Food for takeaway no sitting available.
Challenges:-
1. The first challenge we faced is we don’t have a Takeaway facility with us.
2. Its not a hustle bustle place as compare to the cities so there is a lack of
customers.
3. The main challenge for every business is trend which is dynamic so we have to
change the taste every time with the trend.
4. We don’t have home delivery option with us.
5. We don’t deal in desert as wills ford bakery do.
6. Our competitor are able to get online feedback from their customer which is very
beneficial for them to change according to the preferences of their customer.
