Concern
Description

Condenser CW tube fouling, affecting heat rate of the turbine.

Poor effectiveness of Cooling tower & Frequent failure of CT fans. (Structure stability) .

High slagging tendency resulting into clinker formation.

Non availability of critical spares particularly in AHP.

ESP hopper Ash Evacuation demonstration by EPC.

Mill Rejection system yet to be proven.

Boiler different elevation, the  furnace cladding skin temperature are on higher side due to lack of insulation.

When ever the safety valve floats the entire insulation get dislodged from the pipes
