    Leader is someone who has voluntary
    followers. Voluntary followers are those who
    are not forced to follow any leader but they
    willingly follow their leader.

     Leader lead with example  Boss commended with position power.

     Leaders have various styles.  Boss have one style only.

     Leaders forgive and move on.  Boss hold grudges, anger and jealousy.

    whereby one individual inspires other team
    members towards the attainment of defined
    goals of the team or organization.

     Leaders are those, who are born with leadership Qualities.
     Management & Leadership are two different things.
     Leadership always focus on change and novelty
