telecommunication company founded by Anil Ambani in
2004.The headquarters of the company is in Navi
Mumbai India. Reliance telecommunication is the 15th
largest telecommunication provider in the world with
150 million subscribers and the second largest
telecommunication provider in India. The company has
segments like wireless and broadband in
telecommunication industry.

 The company achieved a high growth in
telecommunication industry from the beginning stage
itself. Customer satisfaction and good company policies
made them to competitive with other companies.
 Reliance communications follows good human resource
policies and procedures even though it has some draw
backs.
